Thibaut is a Partner and Head of Indirect Tax at ATOZ.
Thibaut has worked as a tax professional since 2010, focusing on indirect tax issues across the fund and private equity industries, management holding companies, and real estate. He also has notable expertise in aviation, advising domestic and international clients, and frequently provides technical assistance in VAT litigation matters.
Thibaut is a member of the Indirect Tax Committee of the Luxembourg Banking Association (ABBL) and a member of the VAT Committee of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI). He is also a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA).
He holds an Executive Master’s in Tax Management from Solvay Brussels School, a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Town Planning Law from the Saint-Louis University, a Master’s degree in European Law and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Louvain. He also holds a certification in Luxembourg Tax.
He speaks French and English.
